Application approvals typically take between 24 to 48 hours.

No question is a bad question - everything is new and our staff is happy to help!

Rent payment is due on the first but if you sign a forbearance agreement, you can split your rent in half and pay on two separate dates. Please reach out to the leasing office for more information.

Rent payments can be made quickly and securely through our online resident portal!

Yes, there are additional monthly fees.

Yes, renter’s insurance is required but if you don’t have your own policy, we can provide coverage for you.

Utilities are not included in your rent.

Electricity is set up through AEP and gas through Columbia Gas. Our office will take care of setting up your Water service for you.

You can use Spectrum for both internet and cable, it’s typically the main provider available in this area.

Absolutely! If a current resident referred you, there's a $500 referral bonus.

Residents are welcome to have guests, but they are fully responsible for their guests and their actions while on the property.

At this time, we don’t provide price reductions for longer lease terms or annual prepayment.

Your security deposit does not transfer between communities. A new security deposit will be required for the new apartment.

Subletting is not permitted at our community.

Breaking your lease requires paying a lease break fee, which is equivalent to two months' rent.

Yes, we offer short-term leases ranging from 6 to 9 months.

We do not offer corporate leases.

Amenities

While the property does not have common amenities, we offer ample parking conveniently located near your front door, private patio spaces, in-unit washer and dryers, and garages available in select units.

Yes, parking is available for residents.

Yes, each unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

Each unit includes all standard kitchen appliances, as well as a washer and dryer.

We offer apartment furnishing through CORT Furniture. For more information please contact the leasing office.

Yes, we are happy to hold packages for you at the leasing office.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and there are no fees for using the communal spaces.

Pet Policy

Yes, our community is pet-friendly!

The pet fees include a $35 monthly pet fee, a $150 refundable pet deposit, and a one-time $150 pet fee.

 Yes we have restrictions for pets at our community. Pets must weigh 50 lbs or less and we do not allow Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Chows, or any mixes of these breeds. Please contact the leasing office if you have questions. 

There is no dedicated pet park on the property.

The nearest dog park, Brooksedge Park Bark, is located approximately 1.4 miles from the community.

Sharon Woods bike trail is located just 1.4 miles away - offering beautiful bike trails for outdoor enthusiasts.

Residents often shop at the nearby Westerville Square Shopping Center.

The nearest coffee shop is Marib Coffee, just 1.2 miles away. Starbucks is also nearby, about 1.9 miles from the property.

Maintenance

Before you move in, we perform a full turnover of the unit and have it professionally cleaned to ensure it’s fresh and ready for you.

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to promptly address any issues that may arise.

If something in your unit needs repair, please call the leasing office or submit a work order through our online portal.

Maintenance requests are handled in the order they are received, except in cases of emergency, which are prioritized.

No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to perform work in your unit.

If you’re locked out during office hours, we can assist with unlocking your door as long as you’re on the lease agreement. After hours, please contact a locksmith for assistance.

Yes, you’re welcome to decorate your apartment, as long as it’s returned to its original condition when you move out.
